He visto que se trata de Fecha/hora y segundos digitalizados. Resulta lógico, ya que una fecha no tiene "subsegundos". Aquí hay una frase que lo explica muy bien:
2. Time format for requests can be "DD-Mon-YY hh:mm:ss.ssss" (Although subseconds are rarely required.) For example, "03-Dec-04 23:00" is considered valid. So is "03-Dec-04" - the database will simply start at 00:00. Also valid is "03-Dec-04 23:00:00.0000 EST", but the default timezone is that of the PI Server itself, EST. Year must always be sent in two-digit format.

agree  Tomás Cano Binder, BA, CT: Sí, pienso que es más un dato, o sea, "Fecha/hora de subsegundos digitalizados", luego en otra "...de subsegundos originales", etc. No soy experto pero es lo que me parece más plausible.

Explanation:
La conectividad a las redes de datos se ha hecho teniendo en cuenta la característica de tiempo real del sistema de TV y la respuesta no determinística de las redes de datos, es decir, cuando el realizador de TV solicita un mensaje hay que dárselo en un tiempo "subsegundo", lo que significa que los datos que necesite un mensaje tienen que estar en nuestra máquina con un pequeño tiempo de antelación ya que no puede interrogarse a la red en ese momento.
