SHELF LOC (LUGAR EN EL ESTANTE)- numero de 8 caracteres que aparece antes del numero de pedido en el catalogo en línea, (STAR GATEWAY o en DRA WEB2) Donde se inserta información sobre el estante.

Ésta es la única definición que he encontrado hasta el momento en internet, aunque en un contexto muy diferente (no el de la construcción, sino el de las bibliotecas). Espero que de algo te haya servido esta referecia.
