At the same time that ROW clearing and grading will be carried out with the ROW crews, the new main access road and other roads will be opened. Also some minor repair activities will be performed on roads existing prior to the pipeline construction stage. One crew will be working to prepare the services roads along the pipeline route
Concurrently, access roads to the ROW, highways, freeways and other roads will be plotted in 1 to 25,000 scale maps and distributed to the transport drivers in order to facilitate the access to ROW at the transportation groups involved in the service activities, such as fuel supply service, personnel transportation, pipe transport, line truck carrier, etc.
New access roads will be opened as established in the xxx documents and will be consolidated as per specifications.
Existing pipeline access roads will be used, maintained and graded, during the construction period in which the main ***spreads*** are working.
Furthermore, yyy will have available at all times a minimum of one grader for the exclusive use of road and right-of-way maintenance. In locations where an existing road lies within the pipeline ditch line, or will otherwise be destroyed, Techint will relocate and reconstruct the road.
