English term or phrase: cantered
I suppose the following text is translated from Spanish:

"Full height swing frame mounted cantered in an enclosure, allowing mounting in front while still having access to the back side by the swing frame."

Please imagine what word would have been in the Spanish original in place of 'cantered'.

My guess is that the swing frame is mountd in the middle of the encloser.

I am translated the text into Finnish and don't know Spanish at all, except 'bueno sera'. So, please, any comments in English.

You were in a hurry. Descentrado seems good enough to me.

As I already said, I expected that 'cantered' was just "Spanish-affected translation" and not generally used in English, but I may have been wrong. Now all is clear, anyway. Thanks.
