Todo depende del país al que vaya tu traducción. En Argentina, si hablamos del artefacto para cocinar, se usa *cocina*. También puede ser anafe y horno empotrado.

La *estufa* es el artefacto que se usa para calefaccionar el ambiente.

En cuanto a *built in* y *built-in*, según el mismo diccionario, included y not detachable respectivamente.
