Estoy de acuerdo con cgowar. En España también lo llamamos carne picada. No me parece que molida sea la respuesta correcta. Moler significa algo totalmente diferente. El café es molido pero la carne????

agree  Cecilia Gowar: Totalmente de acuerdo. Creí que "molida" era un modismo pero otras veces que he cuestionado una elección no he logrado nada. Tendría que haber un mecanismo para hacerlo

en España, pero el aporte de Patricia me demuestra que no. Esa esa la frase completa que corresponde a mi comentario a la respuesta anterior. Sucede que el espacio para el "agree" nunca alcanza!
