hervidor de agua

Explanation:
Se escribe "teakettle".

"tea·ket·tle (tç'kĕt'l)
n.
A covered kettle with a spout and handle, used for boiling water, as for tea." http://www.answers.com/teakettle&r=67

Wordreference.com also offers "tetera" as a translation, but that makes me think of a teapot rather than a teakettle.

Just info for frequency comparison based on google-hits 108 for "tetera" teakettle vs. 3 for "hervidor de agua" teakettle.
Hope it helps. Good luck, MPTierno!
