agree  moken: Curiosamente, mi madre la llamaba "salmonera", creo que porque siempre lo usaba para hervir salmón, pero por lo que veo el término más habitual (al menos en España) parece ser besuguera. :O) :O)

  -> siempre se podría tirar recto con "hervidor de pescado" para esquivar el problema, pero el nombre pierde gracia, no? :)
