"Ways to Implementation New Solutions" (WINS) o,
"Maneras de Implementar Nuevas Soluciones".

Se suelen dividir en dos clases:

Quick wins (Rápidas, inmediatas):

"If you’ve got good ideas for positive changes at UWM and you’ve been looking for a way to be heard, submit a Quick WIN.
Quick Wins are suggestions that can be accomplished in a relatively short time, without great expense and with a positive outcome.
(The WINS stand for Ways to Implement New Solutions)"

y "Early Wins" representa el mismo concepto, pero a una plazo algo más largo.

Por los demás, significa lo mismo que ha apuntado Olga arriba. Es decir, que la satisfacción producida puede llevar a cierta dejadez por autosuficiencia.
