Hola a todos, estoy trabajando con un trabajo de subtitulado para la facultad, y tengo una duda con el término "sub-licensing". Aparece en una conversación:

Have we settled
that sub-licensing thing?
"Gross proceeds should consist of
all funds the sub-licensee receives...

Encontré la definición de "sub-license", pero no se me ocurre una buena traducción, porque además tengo como desventaja el límite de caracteres propio del subtitulado.
