"Esbozo de alfabetismo emergente"


Explanation:
Cuando se habla de alfabetización es el acto de alfabetizar: enseñar a las personas a leer y escribir.
En cambio alfabetismo es "algo que existe" no algo que se "hace o lleva a cabo".
Por ejemplo: Literacy Program sería Programa de Alfabetización --es algo que se hace o se está haciendo. Pero "Literacy is low among the nation's population" se refiere al alfabetizmo no a la alfabetización. Espero que comprendas esta explicación.
