English term or phrase: Invitational Education
Invitational Education® , a theory of practice, maintains that every person and everything in and around schools and other organizations adds to, or subtracts from, the process of being a beneficial presence in the lives of human beings. Ideally, the factors of people, places, policies, programs and processes should be so intentionally inviting as to create a world in which each individual is cordially summoned to develop intellectually, socially, physically, psychologically, and spiritually.

Notes to answerer
Asker: El texto usa "invitational" y "inviting" como adjetivos en varios contextos, así que no puedo simplemente usar el nombre propio constantemente. Gracias.

agree  Yanina Criolani: Creo que cuando se refiere concretamente a la marca no deberías traducirlo y cuadno lo usa como adjetivos definitivamente tendrías que considerar el contexto... no siempre el mismo adjectivo se ajusta al contexto. Saludos

Notes to answerer
Asker: I agree. However, the adjectives "invitational" and "inviting" are used constantly throughout the text in a variety of contexts. I'm especially interested in finding a useful adjective in Spanish.

disagree  Yanina Criolani: Invitacional me parece una traducción totalmente literal que no le dice nada al lector, si es una marca debería dejarse como marca y si está usado en un contexto, como siempre, deberíamos verlo para ver el adjetivo que más se adapta a ese texto.
