de un producto de mayor poder calorífico a un de menor Explanation: Creo que el sujeto de la frase es el producto a quemar y por lo tanto las calorías que se desprenden en la combustión. Estoy en desacuerdo en que la cantidad de energía que se produce sea el sujeto, más bien creo que se trata de la calidad del combustible. |

We usually say "energy-intensive": "Among the most energy-intensive industries in the United States are those that manufacture aluminum, chemicals, forest products (such as paper and wood ..." www.eia.doe.gov/emeu/mecs/iab/index5e.html -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 4 hrs (2007-07-28 20:29:27 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- That's why the original text says that when they switched to the less power intensive (less demand) product, they ended up having "SURPLUS GENERATING CAPACITY". |
