English term or phrase: grabble
"Positioning boom shall be outfitted with a *grabble* or equivalent system, for safe liner handling. *Grabble* system shall have the capability of rotation and tilting, for fine adjustment of liner".

El "boom" es un brazo hidráulico (como el de las grúas, que se puede ver en algunos camiones) que debe girar y ponerse en cualquier posición.
