Sigo corrigiendo la traducción del informe de análisis de riesgo de FitchRatings. Una de las dudas que me ha generado la traducción del término que presento anteriormente se explica dentro del acápite de las Garantías de crédito parcial del BID, en medio del contexto siguiente:

- Nominal annual fees on the PG must be paid in order for a disbursement to occur. A reserve account will be funded at transaction's close to cover one year of fees. Additional amounts, to the extent necessary, are paid at the top of the transaction's waterfall and can be covered by disbursement from the IDB.

Versión traducida

- Las cuotas anuales nominales de la garantía de crédito parcial deberán pagarse para que se efectúe el desembolso. Se financiará una cuenta de reserva al cierre de la transacción para cubrir un año de cuotas. Los montos adicionales se cancelan además de transaction’s waterfall, en la medida en que sean necesarios, y pueden cubrirse mediante desembolso del BID.
