Hola! Estoy traduciendo una carta, en ella se citan varios párrafos correspondientes a un plan de pensiones que adquirió mi cliente. La empresa que emite la carta y con la que se adquirió el plan de pensiones radica en Reino Unido. El texto indica:

"ABC Pensions Funds and ABC Pensions Funds "Plus" are recognised under Section 264 of the UK Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and as such are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, nor by any similar scheme in Luxembourg, however, claims for loss in regards to such recognised funds against an FSA authorised firm such as ABC Pensions will be. The value of shares may fall due to the changes in the rate of exchange..."

No sé si es que hace falta algo en el texto original, porque a mí no me "cierra" bien el párrafo en inglés, por lo que todavían no me queda clara la idea. ¿Alguien podría darme una mano?
