Espero que me puedan ayudar con el término “financed pool” al español relacionada con un texto de franquicia hotelera. Muchas gracias:

“The debt coverage ratio as of any calculation date is the ratio of: (i) cash available for the payment of debt service (interest and principal) for the Hotel (or hotels, including the Hotel, that are part of the Financed Pool) from Gross Revenues of the Hotel for the X months immediately…”

Tan solo una aclaración:

"hotel [...] part of the financed pool": el hotel forma parte de un consorcio, que efectivamente dispone de unos fondos comunes financiados ("fondo" es otra acepción para "pool")...

No obstante, según este contexto en particular, un hotel no puede formar parte de un fondo sino de un consorcio o agrupación hotelera que ha sido financiada con unos fondos.
