English term or phrase: one-wefi or four-wefi training courses
I have come across the acronym (?) "wefi" in a Business English (BEC) coursebook published by Cambridge University Press.

The term invariably appears as part of phrases such as a "one-wefi training course" or a "four-wefi training course". Here's a quotation: " You work in the human resources department of a company. Your company has decided to provide a one-wefi training course for new employees. You have been asked to help prepare the programme. Discuss the situation with a partner and decide: what things the course should include; whether the course should be given by people inside the company or by an outside organisation; whether the course should happen during work time or free time. "

There's also a gap-filling exercise with a similar expression but with a different number:

"At the end of the four-wefi training ............., you will receive a ................. . You'll gain a thorough............ of the company's activities. However, there are a lot of things which you can only learn from the ..................... you'll get working there. "

Is it some sort of induction programme? If so, what does it entail? Or is it something else entirely?
