hola de nuevo maría de los ángeles,

no sé bien lo que podría pasar en otros países, pero en españa hay un peligro evidente en esta traducción.

aquí, por institucional se suele entender "instituciones públicas" - así, si dices fondos institucionales, es lo mismo que decir "dinero público" o "fondos del estado".

así, si como suele ser el caso, el inglés "institutional" significa "de las grandes empresas", deberías traducirlo por "capital de la empresa privada" o "de las grandes empresas". desde luego éste debe ser el significado correcto y si no es así, el contexto de tu traducción deberá aportarte suficiente luz como para discernir.
