Explanation:
Aquí te mando un enlace con fotos de los tomates secos. Es una forma de preparar los tomates muy propia del Mediterráneo. En Italia se les llama Pomodori Secchi (no sé exactamente cómo se escribe). La forma es horneado y después metido en conserva con aceite y salmuera (también con especias).
