Food & Drink / food
English term or phrase: food questions
I'm a few questions in one so as not to drive everyone crazy with many similar questions.
I am preparing a bilingual menu for a seafood restaurant to be used all over the US, so I need to be as generic as possible in order to cover Spanish speakers from different countries living in the US, as well as Spanish speaking tourists.
What would you call these dishes/types of seafood/types of food in your country (specify country, please)?
Lump crab cake
Scallops
Popcorn Shrimp
Blue cheese
Chowder
Char
Bluefish
Snap peas
Scrod
Hushpuppies
Shrimp wontons
Haddock
Halibut
Catfish

Thanks for your help! Sorry if I made you hungry. (I've been craving seafood since I started this project!)
