neutral  Jesús Cordero-Salvado: Maria, MEDALLONES es otra manera de llamarlos, también en españa usamos ese término. Ahora bien, si voy a un restaurante y veo en la carta "medallones" estoy esperando que los filetes sean gruesos, no finos. Según contexto yo elegiría uno u otro término

  -> Siempre tengo la duda con los cortes de carne, son tan distintos en inglés... loin no es lomo? o sea, de la "chuleta" la parte chiquita... si no es el lomo, entonces es filete.
