English term or phrase: 2/3 cup light cream
Hi,
I am translating some recipes and I have a doubt about 2/3 cup light cream. Could it be "2/3 taza de nata desnatada"??

Thanks

2/3 de taza de crema de leche ligera

Explanation:
This is what we say in Peru: cream we call it "cream de leche"; it is used to make sauces creamier of whipping cream. But I agree this can vary according to the country. Nata desnatada = sounds a little bit redundant.

Examples (www.laive.com.pe)

TIPS (How to make a creamy sauce)
