English term or phrase: Continue (Video Games/Noun)
I'm looking for the video game term "continue" in Spanish, used as a noun. For example, I ran out of lives and had no more continues so I lost the game, or I reached 100,000 points and got an extra continue. Is there a term in Spanish for this, or is the English term commonly used? Thanks!

partidas extra / continues

Explanation:
Si tienes que hacer una traducción formal, te recomiendo PARTIDAS EXTRA (como cuando echas una moneda en una recreativa porque te has quedado sin vidas para seguir jugando). Coloquialmente sí que se oyen "los continues".

"Vidas" sería otra cosa, ya que un Continue está formado por varias Lives, al menos en el arcade de toda la vida, que parece ser tu contexto.

Espero que ayude, saludos
