agree  Gabriela Minsky: Tanto patrocinante como patrocinador pertenecen al español/castellano. En Argentina se suele usar también "sponsor" (sin castellanizar) pero como tantas otras palabras que se usan en inglés en lugar de recurrir a la lengua propia.
