No entiendo bien la siguiente frase:
"Disclose only information that has been provided by the customer and escalated."

Qué es esto de "escalated"?

Son instrucciones para un departamento de servicio de atención al cliente acerca del trato con un cliente que al parecer intenta un fraude con una tarjeta de crédito.
