Explanation:
Temperature miser, literalmente "tacaño con la temperatura" es la persona que no quiere subir la calefacción en invierno, porque dice que ya hace bastante calor. Lo único que se me ocurre en español es alguien "caluroso", que siempre tiene calor aunque no haga mucho calor y, por lo tanto, no quiere subir la temperatura de la calefacción.
