The phrase the translation of which I can`t work out os "Own (Retain)to Rent", it appears on different pages of a job offer, accompanied by the following headings "Associate Cash Flow - Transfer - Own (Retain)to Rent"; "Summary of Two-Year Buyout - Own (Retain)to Rent", bellow are different charts with the different items that make up the salary that the associate would receive, such as gross payment, gross-up for taxes, gross-up for social security, etc.

Explanation:
En realidad la primera parte está bien respondida por Washington ya que se refiere a la planilla de sueldos.

Aquí renta está considerado como incomes. En mi país es derechamente sinónimo de sueldo. En el intercambio en el mercado laboral se usa "pretensiones de renta" del solicitante.

own to = que pertezcan a/que sean de su (nivel) de renta/ingresos

Todo ello, porque se trata de una oferta de trabajo, diferente es esta expresión cuando se trata de poseer una propiedad para arrendarla.
