If the Reinsurers allege that by reason of this exclusion, any loss, damage, cost or expense is not covered by this reinsurance the burden of proving the contrary shall be upon the Reassured.

Me acaba de venir una duda sobre la traducción de esta frase, sobre todo la parte de "any... is not...".
Esta es mi versión:
Si los Reaseguradores alegan que debido a esta exclusión ninguna pérdida, daño, costo o gasto está cubierto por este reaseguro, la obligación de probar lo contrario recaerá sobre el Reasegurado.
