Asker: Me parece que se refiere al supuesto de "agotar o alcanzar el límite de responsabilidad". Caducidad daría a entender el supuesto en que la póliza ya no estuviera en vigor, y yo creo que no se trata de esto. Por otro lado en ningún diccionario, aparte del que citas, he visto "exhaustion" como "caducidad". Espero conocer tu opinión. Gracias.
