1.-cargo/abono en función de la partida contable en que esté (recargo es un extra sobre el precio, y parece que la palabra "charge" en contabilidad equivale más bien a "precio".
2.- "numerario" hace referencia al efectivo. "Efectivo" es un sinónimo, pero aquí podría confundirse con realizado o llevado a término.
3.- De utilizar "no monetario" como se ha propuesto, podría entenderse "en especie".

Nunca he visto recargo usado en este contexto. En los bancos siempre usan cargo.
