la fecha de la solicitud Explanation: Es como lo interpreto. La fecha de la solicitud del cobro del beneficio, del seguro. La prima se paga solo por las personas que estén aseguradas. Suena redundante, pero creo que es para evitar demandas. Ej: [El Beneficio]/[La prima] por Fallecimiento será pagada al beneficiario a la muerte [de un asegurado]/[del asegurado] previo a la fecha de solicitud del beneficio. |

fecha de vencimiento Explanation: Es decir, que creo que debe de ser sinónimo de "maturity date". Para mí, es lo único que tiene sentido en el contexto. Se tratará de un "term life insurance", un seguro temporal con fecha de vencimiento, no de vida entera. Consta que se pagan las primas hasta la "fulfillment date" (o hasta la muerte del asegurado, si ocurre antes). Si el asegurado muere antes de la "fulfillment date", se paga un beneficio. Estas condiciones, en mi opinión, indican que se trata de la fecha de vencimiento del seguro. Se emplea la misma expresión en este documento (de una compañía de Florida) sobre un "Life Endowment Plan": "Should the owner die after the first year and before the fulfillment date, an additional benefit is included" https://documents.mwadmin.com/File/Preview/2926 |
