Hola Anne,

Te ingreso esto como respuesta porque el "agree" para Noni no me da el espacio suficiente.

Normalmente iría con "subyacente", pero no me parece que la oración inglesa utilice el término apropiado (aunque sea una apreciación subjetiva).

Cuando hay algo "subyacente", digo yo que tiene que "subyacer" bajo algo. Por mucho que le doy vueltas, creo que aquí los riesgos sólo pueden "subyacer" bajo el cambio climático. Por eso, no me parece que decir que "subyacen" sea el término más apropiado, sino más bien que son riesgos asociados o, como muy bien dice Noni, "inherentes".
