English term or phrase: Senior Convertible Note
Hello: My question here is how to translate the word "senior". In Spanish, "Notes" would be "Bonos", and "convertible" is "convertibles", but I do not know what to do with "senior".
Context: "Senior Convertible Notes (the "Notes”) with a maturity date of five years from the date of issuance."
