agree  Carlos Hernández: Sí, mejor evitar "bajo". Es como traducir "under this agreement" como "bajo este contrato". Me suena un poco feo. Mejor "en virtud de" o "de acuerdo con", por ejemplo. A muchas alternativas mejores que "bajo"
