El contexto es el siguiente (en un contrato de reventa):
"Reseller will ensure that XXXX, the software, product and XXXX's rights are protected to the maximum extent possible, but in any event to at least the same extent that they would be protected with respect to the United States government under the immediately preceding sentence."
