English to Spanish translations [PRO] Law: Contract(s)
English term or phrase:time and material basis
The whole sentence is:"This proposal after initial installation will be performed on a change order “time and material” basis". I found the definition for time and material (A form of contractual compensation involving payment for materials used and at agreed rates for the those involved in performing the services) but I´m not sure how it is said in Spanish in the legal context. Thanks so much in advance! Regards from Córdoba, AR.
