Hola a todos!
Necesito ayuda. Tengo una escritura de poder en la cual a la persona que se designa como apoderado se la menciona con su nombre y cargo de la empresa, justamente su cargo es este...que no sè si traducirlo como Jefe de Representaciòn, Principal Representante,...me surge la duda de que si es ya el principal representante de la empresa...por què el presidente de la misma otorga un poder para actuar respecto a un contrato concreto?...He buscado entre las respuestas Kudoz, pero no he solucionado mis dudas. Podèis ayudarme y darme la traducciòn que os parezca màs justa?

Os escribo parte del texto para que os situeis mejor:
