realizar una transacción judicial


Explanation:
Es una de las formas anormales de terminación de un proceso judicial y una de las excepciones de previo y especial pronunciamiento en Argentina (también una de las formas de extinción de las obligaciones).
Significa que un juicio o acción judicial u obligación dudosa o litigiosa se extingue por acuerdo de las partes y requiere homologación.

una mediacion ante el tribunal

Recuerden que simpre se habla de "ante" un tribunal o juzgado, y por lo menos en Argentina se habla de mediacion, depende del contexto de todas formas. Suerte!
