Peer comments on this answer (and responses from the answerer) agree  raulruiz: Sí señor, porque calumniar es imputar a alguien falsamente un (¡ojo!) delito de los que dan lugar a procedimiento de oficio. Por lo tanto, libelous = difamatorio 8 hrs   -> Exacto, soy de la misma opinión que tú, Raul, y también de la de Tomás Cano. Coincido en que tanto "calumniar" como "difamar" es nefasto par la imagen del cliente.... pero no son la misma cosa :o) Un saludo afectuoso, gracias por tu comentario.
