A mi entender, el Post Town se refiere a la oficina postal más cercana de un pueblo, ya que no todos los pueblos tienen oficna postal, el post town identifica entonces al pueblo con la oficina postal que le corresponde al pueblo del destinatario. El Post Town (o oficina postal) agrupa a varias oficinas de entrega (delivery offices).
