Por otro lado, no me queda claro en la oración, por qué deberá defenderse un reclamo legítimo. Si el que reclama tiene el derecho de reclamar, no habría razón para impedírselo. Es la palabra "lawfully" la que me confunde. Tal vez se me esté perdiendo algo?
