English term or phrase: Extended Jurisdiction Juvenile Prosecution (EJJP)
Extended Jurisdiction Juvenile Prosecution (EJJP):

At the request of the county/district attorney, the court may designate the proceedings as an extended jurisdiction matter. The youth must be at least 14 years of age at the time of the offense and meet specific criteria with regard to charges filed or previous adjudications. If the proceedings result in a guilty plea or a finding of guilt, the court shall impose one or more juvenile sentences under K.S.A. 38-1663 and shall also impose an adult sentence. The adult sentence only becomes effective if the juvenile violates the provisions of the juvenile sentence(s) or commits a new offense.

Procesamiento/Enjuiciamiento de Menores con jurisdicción ampliada
Explanation:
What this means is that the juvenile is given a dual sentence. If adjudicated, and they don't comply with all the conditions of the juvenile sentence, they then have to serve an adult sentence.

I forgot to say that I wasn\'t able to find this anywhere written in Spanish, that\'s why I gave myself a 3 on the confidence level. I don\'t know if there\'s another way to say it, but the meaning is correct. It\'s an adjudication that goes beyond the jurisdiction of juvenile sentencing, in some cases.
