Estoy un poco confundida. Se trata de una clásula en una Hipoteca que habla de las definiciones. Dice así:

"The words "Mortgagor" and "Mortgagee" whenever used herein shall include all individuals, corporations (and if a corporation, its officers, employees or agents), ***trusts*** and any and all other persons or entities, and the respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns of the parties hereto, and all those holding under either of them."

Lo que no entiendo es por qué dice "trusts" y no "trustees", ya que lo que enumera son todas personas físicas y cuando nombra a una asociación, aclara los individuos que incluye. Me pregunto si es correcto "trusts" y debo traducirlo como "fideicomiso" o si será un error. ¡Gracias a quien pueda aclararme esta confusión!

Explanation:
el trust o fideicomiso es una institución que se desarrolló en Inglaterra mediante la cual el proprietario legal del bien trustor transfiere el título al trustee para el beneficio de un tercero: beneficiary. El trustee está obligado a guardar altas normas de conducta porque la relación creada es lo que se llama fiduciary relationship. Un fideicomiso como tal puede ser cualquier entidad: prestamista, sin fines de lucro, etc...

neutral  Angelo Berbotto: there are fiduciary funds or monies that arise from other special relationships where the law says they are fiduciary relationships, so I think fiduciary funds may not be as clear as the simplest translator of trust into Spanish which is fideicomiso
