falsificación

Explanation:
No creo que se refiera a "receiving stolen property" específicamente, sino a que la persona en cuestión falisificó los documentos para hacer creer que el vehículo robado era suyo.

robo de un automóvil

Explanation:
All four suspects have been charged with tampering, the Missouri charge for auto theft. The suspect believed to be the one with the pistol is 16 years old and has been charged with first-degree robbery and armed criminal action, in addition to the tampering charge.

1) Willis’ opening and closing statements contained admissions that he was guilty of unlawful use of a weapon (carrying a concealed) and tampering (driving a stolen car). The evidence supported both charges.http://www.courts.mo.gov/courts/pubopinions.nsf/6c38d75d12b7...

delito contra la propiedad

Explanation:
Actually, it is my understanding that in the state of Missouri, first degree tampering is classified as: Criminal mischief

To explain, Criminal Mischief is: a species of wilful and malicious injury to property made punishable by statutes in most jurisdictions. A person is guilty of criminal mischief if he: (a) damages tangible property of another purposely, recklessly, or by negligence in the employment of fire, explosives, or other dangerous means, or (b) purposely or recklessly tampers with tangible property of another so as to endanger person or property, or (c) purposely or recklessly causes another to suffer pecuniary loss by deception or threat. It normally applies to crimes of destruction such as arson, but it also includes general robery or attempted robery.

In this case, the possession of the stolen vehicule would constitute the Criminal Mischief!!!!!!!-"Delito contra la propiedad"

Buena suerte!!
