Estimados colegas:
A ver si alguien me puede echar una manita.
Estoy traduciendo un reconocimiento de deuda y el párrafo que se me ha atragantado dice así:

"The undersigned,....
Under renunciation of the legal exceptions, non cause debiti, the errore calculi, de duobus vel pluribus reis debendi and non numerate pecuniae, do hereby acknowledge that they are indebted to...."

Digo yo que será que salvo excepciones legales, reconocen que tienen una deuda, pero me confunde mucho el "renunciation". ¿Están renunciando a las excepciones legales?
Ya puestos, si alguien supiese de algún glosario donde pudiese encontrar el significado de todas esas expresiones en latín me haría un gran favor.
