English to Spanish translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law (general) / Notice of Proceeding
English term or phrase:petitioner's counsel

Explanation: Just some other wording, to apply in other contexts since 'petition' can apply in very different actions; from a 'motion to quash' to a 'petition for review' or 'petition for habeas corpus relief' (the latter is an out-and-out lawsuit against very powerful officials). I drew these suggestions from the Javier Becerra bilingual legal dictionary, aimed at U.S. and Mexican legal usages. But our colleagues' suggestions are also found there for other legal actions.
