English to Spanish translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law (general)
English term or phrase:by: HML deputy
Esto es parte de un sello en el encabezado de un "legal pleading" y no tengo idea que significa eso .
el sello dice:
Clerk U.S DISTRICT COURT
SOUTHERN DISTRCT OF CALIFORNIA
Duvall v. Schaefer-Docket (PACER)
File Format: PDF/Adobe Acrobat - Quick View
14 Sep 1994 – signed by Judge J. F. Motz 9/9/94 ) (cag, Deputy Clerk) (Entered: 10/04/1994) ... Complete record on Appeal returned to U.S. District Court. (cag ..... Preliminary Injunction Proceedings and Exhibits A-C (c/s) **(hml, Deputy Clerk)** ...
Are you sure that "hml" are not the initials of the Deputy Clerk? BTW, they should be lower case and not upper case (not HML). In some entries (see link), the entry has "jnl", or "cag", and following "Signed by Judge xxx on xx (xx, Deputy Clerk). The one abbreviation that I know is c/m = case management.
