la sentencia que se dictare en dicho proceso


Explanation:
Propongo 'que se dictare' porque el enunciado se refiere a una sentencia futura, posible; 'proceso' (también podría ser 'causa') creo más atinado que 'materia', que no se presta demasiado bien al ámbito jurídico.
