Estoy en dudas en cuanto a cómo tratar el nombre de esta compañía... ya sé que CORPORATION es SOCIEDAD pero no sé si debo traducirlo... opciones:

- SOCIEDAD XX MOTOR, EE.UU.

It looks like you've posted this question in the wrong language direction. Whether you translate USA depends on whether it's part of the company name or not. If it is, then don't translate it. If it isn't, then it's EE.UU.
